No. Switching to an Instagram Professional account will not result in any changes to your verified status.

Your data is only accessible by yourself and is not shared with anyone. When you collaborate with an agency/partner on Momently, they can send access request for a specific post, video, or a story. Once you approve the request, the agency/partner can access your data for just that specific post, video, or story.

Our campaign reporting is ideal for creators that work directly with advertisers and need to do their own reporting to showcase their work for their clients. With Momently, you have the ability to create and manage distinct reports for your clients. You can create and manage these reports from within your own account, easily access content from multiple sources, and work with as few, or as many clients as you require.

Absolutely. Free plan comes with 1 campaign per month. To add more campaigns, you will simply need to upgrade your plan.

Yes, of course! Our free trial provides you with almost unlimited access to Momently for 14 days. You get the full experience of the depth and breadth of the Momently software so you know exactly what you get when you become a happy customer.

No. You can sign up and use Momently for 14 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to launch your reporting platform, you will need to pick a plan and then enter your credit card details or pay via Paypal.

During the 14-day trial, you can upgrade to any paid plan, or after the 14 days, the trial will simply expire. It will not automatically convert to a paid plan. If you need to extend your trial, let us know and we’d be happy to help.

Customers on monthly plans prepay for their subscription on the 1st of each month. Customers on annual plans prepay for their subscription for the entire year and get a discounted rate.

Absolutely. Momently’s flexible payment plans allow you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time as per your contract. Your contract is either monthly or annually. For annual plans, the cancellation takes e!ect at the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Priority Support for faster response times via email is available for $49/month. For those who need a bit of extra help, we provide a bank of 1:1 consulting time every month and priority ticket handling. This service starts at $199/month, available monthly with no minimum commitment, or annually with an annual discount.

Our Momently experts can take on certain projects, whereas in other cases, working with a skilled Momently Partner may make more sense.
