A user is a named individual who can log into Momently using a unique email address. A user can be granted access to your dashboard. You can assign different roles to users such as View-Only, Editor and Admin.

Momently reports are built to be accessible to people outside your account while maintaining access to all interactive functionality to logged in users.

So you can share your reports with others by simply sharing the report link. If the person viewing your report is not logged in as part of your organization, they will see the view-only version of the report.

A view is counted every time an instance of a page is loaded (or reloaded) in a browser.

Data retention is how much data is shown and accessible through the Momently analytics dashboard and API. While we store all data sent to us by our customers, we do limit the length of time in the past a customer can query this data on most of our plans. Momently saves your data beyond the historical limit, in case you wish to access it later.

Our free trial provides you with almost unlimited access to Momently for 14 days. You get the full experience of the depth and breadth of the Momently software so you know exactly what you get when you become a happy customer.

No. You can sign up and use Momently for 14 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to launch your reporting platform, you will need to pick a plan and then enter your credit card details or pay via Paypal.

During the 14-day trial, you can upgrade to any paid plan, or after the 14 days, the trial will simply expire. It will not automatically convert to a paid plan. If you need to extend your trial, let us know and we’d be happy to help.

Customers on monthly plans prepay for their subscription on the 1st of each month. Customers on annual plans prepay for their subscription for the entire year and get a discounted rate.

Absolutely. Momently’s flexible payment plans allow you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time as per your contract. Your contract is either monthly or annually. For annual plans, the cancellation takes e!ect at the end of the current billing period.

Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. So if your account is on a monthly plan, simply cancel before your next billing period. You won’t be charged for the next month of the service. And if you have an annual contract, we automatically downgrade you to the Free plan at your next renewal date.

You can set up a subscription using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. There is no required commitment term beyond one month. Applicable sales taxes will be added to your invoice. We can also set up invoicing for larger payments; just contact our Success Team.

Yes. Priority Support for faster response times via email is available for $49/month. For those who need a bit of extra help, we provide a bank of 1:1 consulting time every month and priority ticket handling. This service starts at $199/month, available monthly with no minimum commitment, or annually with an annual discount.

Absolutely! There are a number of options available depending on your specific requirements. Our Momently experts can take on certain projects, whereas in other cases, working with a skilled Momently Partner may make more sense. No problem. Momently will automatically notify you when you run into a limit for your plan. Common limits that you get notified for are the number of views to your site. In such cases, we do not stop collecting your data. Once you have finished using your prepaid limits, you will be charged our à la carte rate (20% above our normal plan rates) for each additional view you send to us through the end of your billing period.
