Momently’s Real-Time Dashboard gives you an intuitive way to evaluate content performance over time - across platforms and devices. It provides a single, comprehensive view of your readers that can be customized according to your needs and shared with others.

Here are the features that will help you improve your company across your content sites:

  1. Filtering and Manipulation

With flexible date ranges and comparison period, you can filter the dashboard exactly how you want so you can understand your performance at a glance.

Filter your data by audience behavior information (engaged time, scroll depth, and click through), and traffic property (referral source, location, visitor type, UTM types, device, browser types and more).

For even deeper filtering, you can use our “content integration feature” to focus on content properties such as article sections, authors, publish time along with content visibility.

Note that, for the data that has been collected and processed, automated filters for excluding bot traffic and spam are applied.

  2. Breakdown

In addition to filters, Momently lets you breakdown your data to analyze a particular subset of data. For example, if you find that loyal readers from a particular geographic region are no longer viewing your sports articles as they normally have (a subset of readers that have been isolated by applying region, loyalty, and sports section filters), you can breakdown your isolated data with referral sources to see whether the decline in viewership is common amongst all loyal sports readers from that specific region or just those from a specific source.

You can breakdown the data on Momently by audience behavior information (engaged time and scroll depth), traffic property (referral source, location, visitor type, UTM types, device, browser types), content property (sections, authors, and content age), and by page types (i.e. posts or generic pages).

  3. Real-Time Dashboard

Momently provides both real-time and historical data. You can enable real-time update under dashboard settings in the lower right-hand corner of the screen and the display will switch to real-time. The screen is updated every 10 seconds so that you can act quickly - and surely - when it matters.

Note that even when the real-time option is not enabled, the data is available on your dashboard within seconds after activity is measured on your site.

  4. Custom Scheduled Reporting

Momently's Custom Reports let you subscribe to recurring (daily, weekly, or monthly) email reports, so you can explore the vital patterns and correlations that inform your editorial decisions.

The Report Builder gives you complete freedom to create custom reports with the metrics, filters and breakdowns you need to measure the success of your unique goals. You can also easily share these reports with your team members.

These reports deliver easy-to-digest trends and analysis, displayed in context with content performance to provide the bigger picture behind each day, week, or month.

  5. Intelligent Daily Insights

Designed as a cleanly visualized, richly insightful experience, Momently's Insight Report is delivered to your inbox daily. Each Report contains data visualizations and automated insights, so you can quickly see what's notable in your data.

  6. Data Access

In addition to our web application, Momently provides integrations to multiple third-party platforms (wordpress, blogger, ghost, etc.), and email digests that allow you to see your data right in your inbox.

We're committed to help you find the right solution for your company

How are views calculated?

A view is counted every time an instance of a page is loaded (or reloaded) in a browser.

Is there a free trial of the paid plans?

Yes! There is a 14-day free trial for Personal and Business plans.

What if I go over my prepaid monthly limits?

We do not stop collecting your data. Once you have finished using your prepaid limits, you will be charged our à la carte rate (20% above our normal plan rates) for each additional view you send to us through the end of your billing period.

What’s the difference between monthly and annual plans?

Customers on monthly plans prepay for their data on the 1st of each month. Customers on annual plans prepay for data for the entire year and get a discounted rate.

What do you mean by data history limits? Are you deleting my data?

While we store all data sent to us by our customers, we do limit the length of time in the past a customer can query this data on most of our plans. Upgrading your account will provide access to more historical data.

What if I want to cancel my service?

Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. So if your account is on a monthly plan, simply cancel before your next billing period. You won’t be charged for the next month of the service. And if you have an annual contract, we automatically downgrade you to the Free plan at your next renewal date.
