Patio is a Vancouver-based marketing agency working with brands across tourism, retail, lifestyle, and B2B. The team runs paid media, organic social, content, and creative for a portfolio of clients including Vancouver's North Shore, Discover Langley City, Kal Tire, Saucony, Destination Vancouver, and others.

Patio's superpower is end-to-end execution: strategy, creative, paid distribution, and reporting all under one roof. That last part, reporting, is where the friction lived.

Every client at Patio gets a monthly performance report. For a tourism client like Vancouver's North Shore, that means pulling Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, paid social, and Google Ads data, formatting it, charting it, contextualizing it, and assembling it into a polished PDF the client could read at a glance.

To do that, the team was paying for and stitching together a stack of tools: Windsor.ai and Supermetrics for connectors, DashThis for visualizations, Sprout Social for organic, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager for paid, and the native insights inside every individual social platform. Each tool covered a slice. None covered the whole picture.

A typical month's report was nearly 100 pages, hand-assembled across all of those sources. Multiply that by every client. Multiply that by twelve months a year. The reporting layer of the agency was eating real account-team hours, hours that could have been spent on strategy and creative work.

Worse, every report was a snapshot the moment it was sent. If a client asked "how are we trending this week?" the answer was "let me pull the numbers", which meant another half-day of work.

The dashboards include cross-platform totals (likes, saves, shares, comments aggregated across every channel), follower counts with month-over-month change, and creative-variation grouping so A/B/C ads roll up cleanly instead of fragmenting the report.

Mid-onboarding, Patio's team asked if they could pull search ads with previews, ad-level dimensions, and ad performance breakdowns directly into a Momently dashboard. Two days later, Momently shipped 21 new ad-level dimensions, search term tracking, placement metrics, and campaign budget fields, all live in Patio's workspace.
