Common questions
Is the Momently connector read-only?
Yes. The connector can look but never touch. It cannot create, edit, or delete anything in Momently, and it never posts or publishes to any platform.
Who can use it?
Anyone with a Momently login on a workspace where the connector is enabled. Each person connects with their own account and sees only the workspaces they already belong to.
What can I ask?
Campaign performance, any metric with breakdowns and period comparisons, campaign summaries across platforms, which platform carried a campaign, goal progress, creatives with their numbers, benchmark reports from your own history, and shareable report PDFs.
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
No. A conversational agent is built into Momently itself and covers campaign performance, any metric, benchmarks, and report links. It is rolling out to workspaces now. If your team has not rolled out Claude or ChatGPT, or your policies keep client data out of external chat tools, ask us for early access.
How do I turn it on?
