CONNECTOR SETUP

Connect Momently to Claude

Bring your Momently campaigns, reports, and analytics into Claude. Once connected, you can ask Claude questions about your workspace data and it will pull live, read-only answers from Momently.

Before you start

• Your workspace must have the Momently connector enabled. If you are not sure, email admin@momently.com and we will confirm or turn it on.
• Every person connects with their own Momently login. The connector only shows each user the workspaces they already belong to, and it is strictly read-only. It cannot change anything in Momently.
• Custom connectors are available on all Claude plans. Free plans are limited to one connector.

Option 1: Add it for yourself

1. Open claude.ai and go to Settings, then Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.
3. Enter Momently as the name and the MCP server URL above as the remote MCP server URL.
4. Open Advanced settings in the same dialog. Paste the OAuth Client ID above into the OAuth Client ID field. Leave the client secret empty.
5. Click Add, then Connect. You will be sent to the Momently sign-in page. Sign in with your own Momently account and approve access.
6. Test it: start a new chat, make sure Momently is enabled in the chat's tools menu, and ask "Which Momently workspaces do I have access to?"

Option 2: Add it for your whole organization (Team and Enterprise plans)

An organization Owner sets the connector up once. Each member then connects their own Momently account.

1. As an organization Owner, open claude.ai and go to Organization settings, then Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.
3. Enter Momently as the name and the MCP server URL above as the remote MCP server URL.
4. Open Advanced settings and paste the OAuth Client ID above. Leave the client secret empty.
5. Click Add. The connector is now available to everyone in the organization.
6. Each member then goes to their own Settings, then Connectors, finds Momently, clicks Connect, and signs in with their own Momently login. Members without a Momently account cannot connect. Invite them to your Momently workspace first.

Troubleshooting

• Sign-in keeps looping or fails. On the Connectors page, disconnect Momently, then click Connect and sign in again.
• Claude does not use Momently in a chat. Open the tools menu in the chat input and make sure Momently is turned on for that conversation.
• You removed and re-added the connector, and an old chat behaves oddly. Start a new chat. Existing conversations can hold on to a stale connection.
• "The Momently connector is not enabled for this workspace yet." Your workspace needs the connector switched on by Momently. Email admin@momently.com.
