Connect Momently to ChatGPT

Momently is available as an app in ChatGPT. Add it in a couple of clicks, sign in with your Momently login, and ask ChatGPT about your campaigns, reports, and analytics. Every answer is live and read-only.

Before you start

  • Your workspace must have the Momently assistant enabled. If you are not sure, email admin@momently.com and we will confirm or turn it on.
  • Every person connects with their own Momently login. ChatGPT only sees the workspaces that person already belongs to, and the connection is strictly read-only. It cannot change anything in Momently.

Add it for yourself

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps.
  2. Browse the available apps and find Momently.
  3. Click Connect. You will be sent to the Momently sign-in page. Sign in with your own Momently account and approve access.
  4. Test it: start a new chat, enable Momently in the chat's tools menu, and ask "Which Momently workspaces do I have access to?"

Add it for your whole workspace (Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans)

A workspace admin enables the app once. Each member then connects their own Momently account.

  1. As a workspace admin, open Workspace Settings, then Apps. Confirm that apps are enabled for your workspace. Defaults differ by plan, so check even if you expect it to be on.
  2. Find Momently and enable it for the workspace.
  3. Each member then connects with their own Momently login the first time they use it. Members without a Momently account cannot connect. Invite them to your Momently workspace first.

Troubleshooting

  • Sign-in keeps looping or fails. Disconnect the Momently app, then connect and sign in again.
  • ChatGPT does not use Momently in a chat. Open the tools menu in the chat input and make sure Momently is enabled for that conversation.
  • You removed and re-added the app, and an old chat behaves oddly. Start a new chat. Existing conversations can hold on to a stale connection.
  • "The Momently connector is not enabled for this workspace yet." Your workspace needs the assistant switched on by Momently. Email admin@momently.com.
