HIGHLIGHTS
Background
ZoomerMedia built its portfolio the fast way: acquiring digital publishers, brand by brand. Every acquisition meant a new newsroom, new ad products, and a new book of advertiser campaigns to measure. Each new publisher connected to Momently in days, not weeks or months, and campaign reporting ran across the whole portfolio, through every busy season and every quiet one.
The Challenge
Branded content teams do not usually lose deals over content. They lose them over reporting: the deck that took a week, the numbers that did not match the platform, the follow-up that never came.
The Solution
A report for every campaign
Effectively every campaign shipped with its own report. The ratio of reports to campaigns held at 1 to 1 across the entire relationship.
Reporting never paused
In the final twelve months the busiest month ran about 1.5x the yearly average, and the slowest month still ran at about 70% of it. More than 1 in 3 reports was exported as a polished, client-ready PDF, in every single year of the relationship.
The roster grew on one platform
The advertiser roster nearly tripled from the first year to the strongest year, while measurement stayed on one platform and the reporting workflow never changed.
The Impact
The retention numbers say what advertisers thought of it. More than 1 in 4 advertisers came back to run again in a later year. More than 1 in 10 ran campaigns across three or more years. Repeat advertisers drove over 3 in 5 of all campaigns ever measured, and by the final year roughly half of the active roster were returning clients, including a core of national household brands that ran in every single year of the partnership.
A sales team can promise performance. A reporting workflow that produces a client-ready artifact for every campaign, every month, year after year, is what makes the promise credible.
