Native Content Crawler reporting and content dashboards

It crawls and indexes the articles published on your website, capturing standard metadata like Title, Authors, Sections, Tags, Page Type, and Post URL, then applies AI to derive over 20 more content dimensions. It is a content source, not a traffic or revenue metric source: it does not report pageviews or sessions itself, it describes what your content is so your other sources can be sliced by it.

There is no API key or login. In Settings then Sources you add the Native Content Crawler source, enter your website URL, and Momently discovers your article structure. You then set the crawl frequency and any include or exclude URL patterns, and crawling begins automatically.

It runs on a scheduled crawl at the frequency you configure when you set up the source. Each crawl discovers new and updated articles and re-applies the AI enrichment, so your content dimensions stay current without manual work.

Momently's AI engine derives dimensions such as Topic, Sub Topic, Article Type, Sentiment, Tone, Read Time, Word Count, Time Sensitivity, Commercial Intent, Audience Level, Content Goal, Geo Scope, Language, plus extracted entities like Keywords, Brands, Persons, Locations, Products, Technologies, Events, and Policies. No manual tagging is required.

Yes. The crawler honors your site's robots.txt rules and only indexes publicly accessible pages, so it will never reach content you have disallowed or pages behind a login.
