Introducing Momently's new Campaign Reporting Platform

After a decade of building products for publishers, we built the campaign reporting tool we always wished existed.

It has been over a decade since we started our first company. A lot has changed since then. We went from using in-house servers, to serverless cloud architecture, to distributed CDN infrastructure on AWS. Our projects have ranged from building a fashion blogger network to an e-commerce search engine, an editorial analytics dashboard, and a content recommendation AI for publishers.

Through all of it, one problem kept showing up: the gap between content and data in campaign reporting.

The problem

Existing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Klipfolio, and SproutSocial are built around dashboards. They're great for internal monitoring. But sending a simple dashboard of charts and numbers to paying customers doesn't do the sponsored campaigns justice.

Marketers end up spending hours extracting data from multiple platforms and designing reports in presentation software to properly showcase campaign performance alongside the actual content for advertisers. Every month. For every campaign. For every client.

What we built

Momently collates content and performance metrics across platforms, letting you build a report with just a few clicks. It's both a search engine and a reporting tool for your media.

  • One-click integrations with major platforms: Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, HubSpot, MailChimp, and more
  • A content library built through platform APIs and smart crawlers that pull in the actual posts, articles, and ads
  • AI-powered content discovery that finds related media across accounts
  • Custom report building with content grouping and metric selection
  • One-click PDF export and shareable live dashboard links, no login required

Who we built it for

We started by serving digital publishers, helping them report on sponsored campaigns with the actual content visible alongside the performance data. We then expanded to agencies managing creator networks, adding tools for requesting integrations from creators while maintaining granular data access controls.

Our approach

We deliberately extended our launch timeline. Instead of shipping a Minimally Viable Product, we wanted an Exceptionally Viable Product. We iterated with private testers before going public, and we're still iterating today.

What's next

Campaign reporting was our starting point. Since this post was originally published, Momently has grown into a full content analytics platform with live dashboards, AI-powered content dimensions, newsletter analytics, cross-platform social tracking, and integrations with 40+ data sources. The core thesis hasn't changed: your content and your data belong in the same place.
