Google Drive reporting and content dashboards

No. Momently requests read-only access and only sees the single folder you select during setup. It never reads the rest of your Drive, and it cannot edit or delete anything.

Through a standard Google OAuth flow. You sign in with your Google account, grant read-only permission, and pick the folder to share. There are no API keys or tokens to paste.

Automatically. Once connected, Momently picks up new and updated files in the selected folder on its own, so your reports stay current without a manual refresh.

Synced files carry two dimensions: Date for a daily time series, and Title for the file or document name. You can use these to organize and filter the content in any dashboard or report.

Yes. The Drive integration does not produce metrics on its own, so pair it with an analytics source such as Google Analytics 4. That lets you attribute views and engaged time to the documents you sync from Drive.

Yes. Each workspace syncs its own folder, which keeps every client's assets separated, and the auto refresh means scheduled PDF and live-link reports always reflect the newest files in the shared folder.
