Sent

The total number of sent emails

Open

The total number of unique opens

Delivered

The number of emails successfully delivered to an inbox

Bounce

The total number of bounced emails

Unsubscribed

The number of contacts who received your email and unsubscribed

Clicks

The number of unique recipients who clicked on any link in your email

Reply

The total number of replies to emails

Dropped

The number of contacts that were not sent your email

Selected

The number of contacts selected to receive this email

Spam Report

The number of contacts received your email and marked it as spam

Suppressed

The number of contacts that did not receive your email due to graymail suppression

Hard Bounced

These contacts were sent your email, but they didn’t receive it because either their address is invalid, your email hit their spam filter

Soft Bounced

Soft bounces occur when a contact’s inbox has a temporary problem

Pending

The number of emails still trying to reach a contact's inbox

Contacts Lost

The sum of contacts that have unsubscribed, marked the email as spam, or have hardbounced

Not Sent

These contacts were not sent your email

Email Rates

Click Ratio

Percentage of people who clicked a link in your email out of the people who were delivered your email.

Click-Through Ratio

Percentage of people who clicked a link in your email out of the people who opened your email

Delivered Ratio

The number of successful deliveries over the number of selected contacts

Open Ratio

Percentage of people who opened your email out of the people who were received your email.

Reply Ratio

Percentage of people who replied to your email out of the people who were received your email

Unsubscribed Ratio

The number of contacts that have unsubscribed over the total number of selected contacts

Spam Report Ratio

The number of contacts that mark the email as spam over the total number of selected contacts

Bounce Ratio

The number of contacts that bounced from the email over the total number of selected contacts

Hard Bounce Ratio

The number of contacts that hard bounced from the email over the total number of selected contacts

Soft Bounce Ratio

The number of contacts that soft bounced from the email over the total number of selected contacts

Contacts Lost Ratio

The number of contacts that can no longer receive emails from the portal over the total number of selected contacts.

Pending Ratio

The number of contacts that pending from the email over the total number of selected contacts
